There are many other clauses like this which are inbuilt in the legal trust deed of HKC which are all according to DOM.

The following clause is also inbuilt in the trust deed of HKC :

Bhakivedanta Swami Prabhupada, who is the Founder & Acharya of ISKCON. Ritvik system of initiation is mentioned in a letter dated 9th July 1977 and ‘DOM’ is mentioned in a document signed by Srila Prabhupada himself in 1970."

II. Hare Krishna Community (HKC) - Devotees
HKC is a growing group of Prabhupadanuga devotees of 23 full time dedicated young brahmacaris (mostly from reputed Engineering and Management Colleges), 3 full time dedicated grihasthas, thousands of congregation families & youngs students and 20 gurukula and varnasrama college students.

III. Hare Krishna Community (HKC) - Preaching Programs and Projects

A. Youth Preaching
HKC is conducting regular preaching programs in almost all the colleges of Jaipur, India which is being attended by thousands of students, running hostels where hundreds of students are living in a spiritual atmosphere and pracrticing Krishna Consciousnees along with their studies etc. All these youth preaching activites are being done under the banner of BIG Gyan (Bhalktivedanta Institute of Gita Gyan) to fulfill the following desires of Srila Prabhupada :

"….try to recruit some of the intelligent class of student class to take up this Krsna Consciousness philosophy and study it carefully. Try to recruit some of such men to become our devotees. There is need for intelligent young men to train them up as future leaders and preachers to go all over the world for spreading the message of Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu." (Letter to Satsvarupa, Hrdayananda 9 January 1973)

B. Gurukula
HKC is running a gurukul by the name of "Bhaktivedanta International Gurukul" where children from 5 to 10 years are studying. For grown up children i.e above 10 years old HKC is running a college "Bhaktivedanta Internatinal Varnashram College". All this is as per Srila Prabhupada's instructions on gurukul. Please refer to the following quotes of Srila Prabhupada in this connection :

“Prabhupada: Yes. From five to ten years gurukula And after ten years they should go to varnasrama college." (Morning Walk “Varnasrama College ” March 14,1974 Vrindavana)

“That school is very, very important business and the best man must be found out for taking charge there and developing it nicely, and if he sticks and works hard to build it up, that will please me very much.” (Letter to Satsvarupa Vrindavan 5 November,1972)

C. Goshala
HKC is having a goshala by the name of "Bhaktivedanta Goshala" where currently there are more than 100 cows, calves and bulls. This goshala is established to support the gurukul as well as the farm community as per the following instruction of Srila Prabhupada :

“If it is possible to keep sufficient number of cows in the asrama, there can be very nice milk business and that may make sufficient income for maintaining one institution for educating children in Krishna Consciousness. Actually the modern educational institutions are different grades of slaughter houses. If you can open an ideal institution for the future children of our associates, it will be a great service. Actually as I have already discussed in my Srimad-Bhagavatam, for economic problem one requires a little land and a few cows. Then the whole economic problem is solved. We should utilize our time for elevating ourselves in Krishna Consciousness than for so-called economic development. If we are satisfied with plain living, with minimum time and the balance time is engaged for elevating our Krishna Conscious program, then every man can be transferred to Goloka Vrindaban, just in this very life.” (Srila Prabhupada’s letter to: Hamsaduta, Los Angeles 11,January, 1968)
D. Farm Community
HKC is also having a farm community project 70 kms. away from Jaipur.  HKC has already acquired 35 acres of land and more land is being bought. Goshala, Varnsahrama college has already been shifted to this land. 2 families and 5 brahamcharis are also staying there. This project is being done under the name of "Hare Krishna Village" as per the followng instruction of Srila Prabhupada :

"Its main activity will be cow protection and to show the world that simply by living with cows and land and chanting HARE KRISHNA a perfect society will prevail."
(Letter to: All Devotees  --  New York 7 September, 1968)

IV. Hare Krshna Community (HKC) - List of Centres.
HKC's main centre is located in Jaipur, India. The Hare Krishna Village near Jaipur is being developed as an independent farm community centre. The first batch of trained brhamcharis from Varnasrma College will pass out in 2 years time who will sent to different parts of the world to open centres to fulfill the following desire of Srila Prabhupada :

“My ambition is to open centers as many as possible.  At least, I want to see that centers are opened in very important places.  Now you have seen how practically our students are opening centers here and there.” (Letter to Bali Mardan, 1975, Los Angeles,January 8, 1970)
